Our approach to food and beverage service is defined by quality, quantity and being all-inclusive. Once you get here, there are no tabs, no extra charges. Nothing.
Breakfast is made to order. Coffee is on at 5:30.
Boat lunches and tropical fruit await you on the boat—along with plenty of water, soda and cold beer.
When you get back to the island, there is happy hour each night. Conch ceviche. Conch fritters. Grouper or mahi fingers. Chicken wings three ways. Giant coconut. We have rotating spreads during your trip.
Perhaps nothing compares with sushi night. Mountains of sashimi, more rolls than you can count, seared tuna and much more. This makes quite the impression.
Dinner is not to be outdone. Local lobster. Grouper piccata. Steak, ribs, pork and chicken. Plenty of vegetables, fried rice. All followed by desert. It’s really good.
If you didn’t get enough cocktails before dinner, you can round out your night on the patio. The bar is open and it’s fully stocked. Authentic Abuelo brand Panamanian rum, Absolut vodka, Jack Daniel’s whiskey, Johnny Walker Black scotch, 1800 Reposado, and Silver Tequila, and a wide selection of South American red and white wines, not to mention plenty of ice-cold Panama beer.
We even have a humidor with cigars for purchase. We aim to please… and we’re pretty good at it.
