Our Feb/2019 Panama Fishing Report continues to reflect what has been an outstanding season.  Wonderful weather and great fishing.

What an amazing run we have had here at our island lodge the past couple of months!  We are located on Isla Paridas, in Panamas Gulf of Chiriquí.
The weather in Panama in February tends to be super nice with perfect conditions…sunny skies, warm temperatures, and smooth seas. Oh…and the fishing is great too! As usual this time of year we had smooth runs out to the spots at Hannibal Bank and Isla Moutuosa.  On the way we look for Marlin sunning, or logs and debris lines that potentially hold big Dorados.
Great catches of everything including a bunch of nice Mullet Snapper which tend to be real good this time of year as well.
We’ve hosted over 20 great groups from all over the world here at our island lodge. We fished 26 days in February…most days running both of our 33′ World Cat catamarans. We had some awesome fishing with some really great variety!
This Feb/2019 Panama Fishing Report includes Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Roosterfish, Cubera Snapper releases…a bunch of nice Dorados and big Yellowfin Tunas…and most importantly some great times with some cool clients!!!
Eddie our crazy yet cool and very competent chef produced again wonderful cocktail hour appetizers and delicious main course dinners.

February 2019 didn’t disappoint any of the  groups that visited our island lodge on Isla Parida….located 12 miles off the Pacific coast of Panama. We had some very impressive catches of Cubera Snapper, Yellowfin Tuna, Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Roosterfish and Dorado! Let’s let the pictures do the talking!!!….
